Taller Ser libro (To be book Workshop)

Book comes from the Latin liber, a term linked to the bark of the tree. A book is a set of sheets of paper or some similar material that, being together, form a volume. We have also heard from the book that it can be a means of transport, a loaded weapon, a trap, a treasure, a lever, etc.
But what it is to be book? Being book is a collective experience based on the language of the books, their dynamic creation and imaginations aroused. It is to walk inside them, use them to create critical maps or propose alternative practices from them.
The experience Ser Libro (To be book) will take place in Mexico City over a week with participants in the Centro de la Imagen. It will combine dynamics to both individual and group with the aim of connecting the different bodies of action-thought-space books, reader-maker and under the premise of feeling their limits and cause flooding.
